    Yes! All boards and serving pieces are finished with food-safe oils or our own handcrafted wood butter made from organic beeswax and food-grade mineral oil.

  • Q: How long does it take to process my order?
    Most items ship within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order pieces like Adirondack chairs may take up to 7 days to craft before shipping.

    Q: Do you offer rush orders?
    Depending on our current workload, we may be able to accommodate rush requests. Please contact us before placing your order.

    Q: How do I change or cancel my order?

    Yes! We offer local pickup and delivery within a 20-mile radius of our shop. During checkout, you’ll have the option to select either pickup or delivery based on your location.

  • Q: What’s your return policy?
    We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Custom orders are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

    Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll make it right.

    Clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Never soak or put them in the dishwasher. Reapply wood butter every few months to maintain hydration and finish.

    Q: Do you sell wood butter?
    Yes! Our handmade wood butter is available in the shop and is perfect for conditioning cutting boards, utensils, and furniture.
